Using the store responsibly

Use this website for lawful browsing, purchases and communication. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s information or attempt to defeat security controls. The policies linked here form part of the information governing your purchase.

Listings, prices and orders

Read the selected variant and item specifications before ordering. Screen settings may affect apparent color; if a material listing error is identified, we will address it without removing rights that apply to incorrectly described goods. Your order is an offer to buy, and acceptance is confirmed through our order communications. Availability, payment verification or an identified error may require us to contact you before fulfillment.

Prices are shown in USD. The checkout total states the shipping charge and applicable taxes for the entered destination. Follow the Payment Policy for authorization and billing questions.

Delivery and after-sales support

After successful payment authorization, normal processing is 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Refer to the Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery problems; these estimates do not promise an exact arrival date or remove mandatory consumer protections.

We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns, including a change of mind for new, unused goods in original condition, and accept exchanges subject to review and stock. Request assistance within 30 calendar days after delivery. Problem goods do not have to be undamaged. Obtain approval before mailing the item using the free prepaid label included with the package; contact us if that label is missing. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, with additional bank posting time possible. The Refund Policy explains the complete procedure.

Content, responsibility and updates

Respect the intellectual-property rights associated with store text, images and other material. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
