From checkout to dispatch

Coolers, drinkware, jugs and accessories ordered here are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Once dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. These are separate stages, and business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Weather, carrier disruption or an address check may extend the estimate; a particular arrival date is not guaranteed.

Destinations and delivery charges

Our checkout currently offers delivery to Canada. Enter your complete destination to see whether service is available and to review the shipping charge before paying. A free return label does not mean that outbound delivery is free. Prices are shown in USD, with any applicable shipping and taxes presented at checkout.

Check the street, unit, postal code and contact details carefully. Request a correction promptly through Contact Us; changes may no longer be possible once packing or dispatch has begun.

Following your parcel

Use the tracking details in your shipment update to follow the parcel. A new tracking number can take time to show carrier scans. If the progress stops, the parcel appears lost, or tracking says delivered but it is missing, check the delivery location and then email axoqinaged77@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email and tracking number. We will help investigate with the available carrier records.

For visible damage, keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the parcel and affected item. Send those images with your order details so we can review the delivery issue. Return and exchange options are explained in our Refund Policy.
