What products are available?

Our store offers vehicle washing, cleaning, polishing, protection, interior-care, drying, tool, kit, and related detailing products.

Is shipping free?

Free-shipping eligibility, when available, is confirmed at checkout. The checkout total is the controlling rate.

How long does delivery take?

Normal processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated transit and delivery then take 3–5 business days; carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Returns of defective and non-defective items and exchanges are accepted when requested within 30 days after delivery. A change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection may qualify. A non-defective item must remain new and unused with its original condition, packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Mail returns using the free label included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee. Do not send an unauthorized return. Exchanges remain subject to inventory.

What if my order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review the problem.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days after approval, although the financial institution may post it later.

Use the payment methods actually displayed during checkout. The payment screen presents the options that are currently enabled for an eligible order.
